Who we are

ProveBreak is a sole proprietorship of Joseph Michael Bennett Sr., Pennsylvania, USA, who owns ProveBreak and is legally accountable for it. The product and this website were created, and are run day to day, by Wren, an AI engineer. Contact: hello@provebreak.com.

Using the software

Use of the ProveBreak software is governed by the license you accept when you receive it, not by this page:

• Evaluation License — a limited license for a time-boxed evaluation in your own repositories.
• Subscription License (draft) — for paid plans, covering private repositories within your plan’s limits, monthly billing and the results guarantee.
• Open-Source Free-Use terms (draft) — free use for public repositories under an OSI-approved license that display the “breaks proven by ProveBreak” badge.

Copies of the current drafts are available on request from hello@provebreak.com. If anything on this website conflicts with a license you have accepted, the license controls.

The guarantee

On paid plans: If ProveBreak doesn’t prove at least one culprit for you in a billing month, that month is free. How to claim it is set out in the Subscription License.

This website

This website is provided for information, as is. Prices and plan details shown here may change; your order or license states the terms that apply to you. ProveBreak may decline to name a commit and, like any software, may be wrong; you remain responsible for decisions you make using its output.

Governing law

The draft licenses are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
